With over 100 applications and only 30 chosen each year, this programme supports future leaders in their journey to scientific excellence. FST helps successful applicants achieve this by building the connections and knowledge they need – often linking them with senior figures in government, parliament, universities, large industries, SMEs, research charities an others.
